Message “Network connection error. Please check your connection”
Claro Gaming Cloud requires a stable Internet connection. This message tells us that the connection with the server has been lost. To avoid disconnections, we recommend you to connect your Windows computer (via Ethernet cable) to the router. If you are playing from your mobile phone, try to do it near the router to rule out interference in the Wi-Fi network. If the problem persists, try using Claro Gaming Cloud with only a few applications open, or try powering the router off and on. If you still encounter some issues while playing, please contact our support team.
