Message “Not authorized”

When you press the 'Play' button, Claro Gaming Cloud reserves space on one of our servers so that you can enjoy the game. After a few seconds, that space is freed so you and others can still enjoy Claro Gaming Cloud.

The message 'Not authorized' can appear when you are trying to open a game whose space has already been freed. This usually happens in Windows when it has taken a long time to accept for the browser to open our application.
