Claro Gaming Cloud requires a stable internet connection. This message indicates a lost connection with the server. To avoid disconnections, we recommend connecting your computer (via an Ethernet cable) to the router. If playing from a mobile device, try to do so as close to the router as possible to rule out Wi-Fi interference, or use the 5G mobile connection.
