Claro Gaming Cloud is running slow. What should I do?

Our platform requires a stable internet connection throughout the game. When the initial connection with the server is established, the app performs a small check of the connection quality and estimates how the gaming experience would be. If we notice potential disruptions or a delay in game control, we will inform you. If we believe these disruptions could significantly affect the game, the Claro Gaming Cloud application will not proceed to open the session.
