How can I cancel my subscription?
The service is available for Fixed Home Solutions or Postpaid Mobile Solutions customers as an additional service without a permanence clause. To cancel the service, the user must contact our digital or in-person customer service channels and submit a cancellation request for their subscription. For more information about the cancellation process, we suggest contacting Claro directly through their customer service channels.
